Are the products vegan?

Yes! All products in the shop are made with entirely vegan and cruelty-free ingredients.

Do the bath bombs stain bath tubs?

Accepted Answer

No, our bath bombs should not stain your tub. However, make sure you’re always bathing in a clean tub as colorants and dyes can cling to soap scum rings. Our recommendation is to always wash and rise your tub out after each use!

My order arrived damaged — what can be done?

We know shipping damage happens, so we encourage you to either DM us on Instagram @theanxiouswitchshop or email us at alanna@theanxiouswitchshop.com and a replacement can be sent!

Unfortunately, as everything is hand made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

How do I cancel an order?

Accepted Answer

Any order can be canceled directly within Etsy as long as it hasn’t been shipped. Here's how:
 
Step 1: Go to Etsy.com and sign in to Your Etsy account.
Step 2: Click on Your profile in the top right corner. Then, open the Purchase and Reviews section from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Find the order that you want to cancel.
Step 4: On the right-hand side of the order, you’ll find the Not shipped order status. Then, click on the Request Cancellation link under it.
Step 5: Now, an auto-generated message will be sent to me. Here, you can also tell the me why you’re canceling or any other concerns.

We always try to accommodate all our customers, but unfortunately we do not currently offer custom orders. However, keep an eye out on our socials as that may change!
