✨WHAT IS A RITUAL SOAK? 
Ritual soaks not only cleanse the body, they also cleanse, purify, and nourish the mind and spirit. They are beautiful forms of cleansing that can clear negative energies, heighten spirituality, and aid in healing and letting go. Water is our most powerful spiritual cleanser we have, combine that with the magic of hand chosen blends of herbs and flowers, detoxifying salts, and synergistic blends of essential oils to cleanse your body and your spirit.  I like to explain ritual baths as bathing with intention - every scent, herb, flower, oil, salt, is chosen purposefully for the perfect experience. 
✨HOW TO DO A RITUAL BATH: 
-Gather wanted materials - intention candles (remember to anoint them first), any crystals you have attachments to or crystals you know aid in the intention of your ritual (amethyst, quartz, are both fantastic for ritual baths) 
-Cleanse your space - I like to use a sage spray in my bathroom but feel free to do a traditional smoke cleanse with blue sage (remembering white sage is a CLOSED practice to the indigenous) or palo santo
-Run your bath (temperature is entirely controlled by you, this is your ritual) 
-Add your Ritual Bath when bath is about half full, this is also preference, you could add when bath is full. Your ritual, your choice! 
-Turn lights down, light your candles, set your intentions (ex- cleansing negative energy, letting go, self love and acceptance, anxiety easing, balancing energy, meditation, manifestation, absorb lunar energy, even enhancing psychic abilities!) 
-Soak for 20-30 minutes, let your mind be still, your body float and relax, your eyes rest, and the universe work its magic knowing you’re tuning in. 
-Enjoy as often as many different ritual baths as often as you like! It’s a beautiful raw, natural way to enhance your spirituality.

✨**TIPS FOR CLEAN UP**
- Make sure you have a hair catcher drain, or a strainer drain to catch the herbs when draining. 
- You could also use a regular kitchen strainer while bath is still full to strain out herbs before draining the bath. 
- Witch Tip - rather than throwing herbs in the trash or sink, sprinkle them outside and return them to mother nature after use.
